What we offer...

Prep Camps

Our specialty revolves around running camps that will maximize the strength, speed and conditioning of middle and high school athletes.  Our experiences with coaching players are that, for the most part, the athlete is held back on the field of play by the lack of a solid base of strength and conditioning, and we address this lacking foundation though camps that the athlete participates in prior to the start of their competitive season. 

Each camp is designed to address specific needs of the developing athlete to increase strength, speed, flexibility, agility and conditioning.  Thru a proven progression we build an athletic foundation which upon the skill set of each particular sport can be built.  With a solid foundation in place, the athlete will be better suited for the rigors of their season, making the transition to on the field skills all the easier, thus ensuring they reach their potential sooner.

Volleyball Hitting Camps

Prep Performance Hitting schools focus on building foundational skills and establishing proper technique and following through to higher level camps which will refine armswing techniques and contact skills to improve on power and accuracy.  Basic camps will be more remedial in nature and focus on correct footwork, the basics of a safe and efficient armswing and will help develop the athlete’s ability to contact the ball with control and power.  All camps will consist of 10 sessions, each approximately 90 minutes long
